Module I: Leadership Development
This module teaches participants how to effectively utilize their individual’s skills and abilities to work cohesively as a team through a series of team building activities and problem solving exercises.

Module II: A Lady’s Place
This module teaches participants how to communicate effectively and how to maximize their personal strengths to enhance those areas that challenge them in the work place, home and other environments.

Module III: Beyond ABC’s
This module offers participants an opportunity to understand the impact of behavior management and personal responsibility. Participants will receive helpful information to assist in their personal careers, professional endeavors and Christian walk.

Module IV: Until You Say I Do
This module offers the following topical workshops: Health Management; Business Etiquette Do’s and Don’ts in the Workplace; Personal Finance Management; and, Practical Skills to Develop Personal Leadership.

Module V: Team Presentations and Graduation.

Also included is a community service event and a slumber party.

The Leadership Teen Summit is specifically designed for young ladies between the ages of 13-18. This Summit is being sponsored by Heartfelt International Ministries & Associates.

The goal of the program is to educate, encourage and empower young ladies to discover their God given potential, talents, and abilities already inside of them. The Teen Summit will provide sound teachings based on biblical principles.
