Heartfelt International Ministries, Inc. (HIM) was birthed through a spiritual experience in a San Francisco hotel, October, 1994. Elder Cathy W. Moffitt was attending a women’s conference in the city of Oakland. It was through this encounter that God commissioned her to take the word nationally and internationally. Bishop T. D. Jakes, senior Pastor of The Potter’s House ordained her an Elder and her husband, Lorenzo, a deacon in June, 1999.
The Lord inspired her with the following quote as a ministry platform, “Delivering the word of God from the heart to your mind and spirit”, Mark 12:30.
Bishop Ernestine Reems of Oakland, California, voted one of the top 15 best African-American female preachers in the country by Ebony Magazine, 1997, serves as her ministry covering and mentor. She shares her wisdom, personal leadership and guidance, along with 35 years of ministry experience.
Elder Moffitt travels throughout the United States, teaching and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through Christian leadership development and personal spiritual empowerment messages, keynote speaking and workshops.
Heartfelt International Ministries was incorporated in June, 1998. Through teaching, preaching and strategic writing, she endeavors to support the body of Christ to reach its full potential.
Her premier, Christian Women’s Leadership Development Program addresses and ministers to the spiritual, emotional and personal development of adult women. Elder Moffitt integrates her professional background and corporate experience to empower both men and women to maximize their talents and abilities in the work place and church environment.
